Q: How do I know what size to buy?
A: We have included a handy size chart for reference. When possible, we have also included actual measurements on the costume listing such as length, waist size etc.

Q: Are your costumes washable?
A: Most are hand washable with care. Some are dry clean only. We try to offer as much information as possible with our listings. If you are in doubt contact us.

Q: Do You offer Discounts for quantity purchasing such as a birthday dress up party?
A: Yes we do, please contact us with the items you are interesed in and we can let you know what we can do for you.

Q: What happens if my costumes don't arrive on time?
A: We ship via the postal system, and thus guaranteed deliver is not possible. Allow lots of time when purchasing time sensitive items as we cannot be responsible for postal/customs delays. We are happy to accept returns on these items, however we will not be responsible for the shipping costs.

Q: What if my costume does not fit?
A: We are happy to exchange any costume for size reasons, however we don't cover the extra shipping costs. We have included a size chart, to help you make the correct size choice
