Our Shipping Procedures

At Kids Creative Costumes, we try our utmost to ship every order within a 24 hour period. On odd occurances, an item may become out of stock before the website posts it as such, and a delay may become necessary in shipping, or you may have ordered a larger quanitity than is immediately available. When this occurs we will contact you. We ship our orders through the Canadian Postal Service. We have found them to be the most affordable for shipping to the USA and Internationally, and we offer both ground and air shipping. Contact us if you would like a price quotation for shipping faster, such as Purolator overnight.
We pack all of our orders right here in our own studio, keeping a tight reign on quality control. Our orders are shipped insured so there is no risk to our buyers. Delivery standards stated below are approximate, and for more details please feel free to search the Canadian Postal Service Website , for indepth information.

Any duties or taxes that may become applicable within your own country are your responsibility and not covered under our shipping costs.

Delivery times are standards set out by the Canadian Postal Service, and are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery times. Delays in customs are not uncommon and are not included in the standards. These days represent business days only, not weekends or holidays, and do not include the time needed to process and dispatch your order. Allow ample time!!
